Appointment Policy

In order to provide equal quality care to all patients, we operate by appointments. Thus, being on time for your appointment is imperative.  If you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment, you may be subjected to either a $25 late fee and worked in, or a $75 no show fee and rescheduled. 

If you do not show for your appointment without providing ample notification, you may be subjected to a $75 no show fee.

If your pet is scheduled for a surgical procedure and you do not show, you may be subjected to a $150 no show fee.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require 6 hour notification either by phone or in person, otherwise you may be subjected to a $60 cancellation fee. 

We do understand that there are exceptions and will try to accommodate if we are provided adequate communication. 

Patient Arrival Policy

For your safety and that of other pets, all pets must be properly restrained with either a leash or carrier. 

If your dog is nervous or aggressive around other animals, please call when you arrive so that we might help create a less stressful lobby experience.  

Online Pharmacies Policy 
A few things to keep in mind when purchasing from online pharmacies:
  • If you choose an online pharmacy outside of our partner, Vet's First Choice, you may be ineligible for manufacturer guarantees.
  • You are responsible for choosing the appropriate preventative products recommended by our office based on proper weight ranges.
  • If you are prescribed a medication from another practice (ie. emergency center or referral practice), it is your responsibility to provide us the medication name, form, dosage and instructions for refill purposes. 

Payment Policy 

We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. We do not accept personal checks or offer payment plans.
