Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. If you are more than 7 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we appreciate a 24 hour notice. If you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment prior to, you may be charged a no-show fee. 

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to properly restrain your pet. 

Online Pharmacies Policy 
We respect our clients' wishes to purchase products from outside pharmacies and will honor those requests. A few things to keep in mind when purchasing from online pharmacies:
  • If you choose and online pharmacy outside of our partner, Vet's First Choice, you may experience delays in authorizations and may be ineligible for manufacturer guarantees.
  • You are responsible for choosing the appropriate preventative products recommended by our office based on proper weight ranges.
  • If you are prescribed a medication from another practice (ie. emergency center or referral practice), it is your responsibility to provide us the medication name, form, dosage and instructions for refill purposes. 

Payment Policy 

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. We do not accept personal checks or offer Payment Plans.
