Ellen, Veterinary Technician

earned a bachelors in communication from MIZZOU in 2019.  While completing her internship at the Dallas Zoo, it reaffirmed her love for the veterinary profession.  She went on to Midwest Institute for the veterinary technician program and interned here in 2022. She proved to be a perfect fit and was hired shortly after finishing.  Her favorite part of the job is of course handling puppies.  She and her fiancee live in St. Louis along with her two dogs, Nelle and Gus.  Outside of work she enjoys pickleball and food.

Charlene, Veterinary Technician

moved to the St. Louis region from Denver in 1989. She has worked primarily with horses at different barns since 1995. In the last year, she switched to companion animal care. She joined Kingsbury in 2020. She is the proud mother of three adult daughters. She lives in St. Louis City with her two dogs, Moose (English bulldog) and Thomas (chihuahua). She enjoys refinishing furniture, walking through parks and exploring art museums.

Sam, Veterinary Technician

is a St. Louis native who attended Midwest Institute earning a degree in Veterinary Sciences in 2022.  She completed her internship with us and made such an impression she was hired shortly after.  Her past experience at one of the diagnostic laboratories makes our lab her favorite place.  She and her fiancee live in St. Louis with their four pets, Izzy, Ellie, Zoidberg and Marinara.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading--primarily fiction-- and playing with animals.

Jill, Technician Assistant

earned a Bachelor's in Mass Communications from the University of Missouri- St. Louis in 2009. She returned to Kingsbury in 2020 after previously working with us 2009-2014. She enjoys editing, bird watching and gardening.

Olivia, Groomer

started grooming as a profession in 2007. She grew up with rescue dogs and had to groom them herself, so grooming was a natural choice. She joined Kingsbury in 2017. Her favorite dog to groom is a doodle, but loves grooming complicated dogs that require scissoring. She lives in Illinois with her husband and their six dogs Bernice, Brutus, Henry, Krum, Coal, and Penelope. She loves the outdoors and crafting.

Ryan, Groomer

has just recently graduated high school (2021) from Gateway Science Academy. She first attended Hancock High School where she became the first girl to win a state wrestling champion in her weight class. She has officially been grooming for about two years but has grown up in a grooming salon. Her favorite dog to groom is poodles because of the different style cuts and their general intelligence. She and her three dogs, Hammy, Loki and Odin, call Saint Louis home. In her off time, she enjoys painting and spending time outside.
